Shri Lakshmi Steel Suppliers is a 16-branch steel trading and distribution business headquartered in Bengaluru, running SAP Business One on HANA across all locations.

About the Role

This is primarily a SAP Business One role. You will own our SAP B1 landscape end to end, and also manage the surrounding applications — HRMS, OMS, WMS, and our upcoming e-commerce platform — along with the integrations that tie them all back to SAP.

What You'll Do

SAP Business One — your core focus

- Own SAP B1 end to end across Financials, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, MRP, Service, Banking, and Costing
- Drive enhancements, version upgrades, GST compliance, and performance tuning
- Manage master data discipline, authorizations, change control, and audit readiness
- Build and maintain UDFs, queries, approval workflows, and print layouts
- Handle SAP B1 incidents and enhancement requests with proper root cause analysis and a release calendar
- Manage the SAP support partner and hold them to agreed SLAs
- Publish regular dashboards on project status, backlog, and user adoption

Other Business Applications

- Manage and improve HRMS (Keka), OMS, WMS, and the Operations Portal / Sales App
- Build and maintain integrations back to SAP B1 using Service Layer and APIs, with proper error handling, logging, and data reconciliation
- Automate manual work and fix data integrity gaps through workflows, alerts,



and scripts

E-Commerce

- Drive the e-commerce platform roadmap: product master sync, pricing, stock visibility, and order capture
- Ensure orders flow cleanly into SAP and the order-to-cash and fulfilment cycle works end to end

What You Need

- 8–10+ years of hands-on SAP Business One experience across multiple modules, with real project lifecycles behind you (or equivalent experience in place of a degree)
- Robust SAP B1 Service Layer, DI API, and REST/JSON integration skills
- Comfortable writing and reviewing SQL (HANA or MS SQL)
- Practical understanding of GST, approval workflows, and audit trails
- Exposure to HRMS, OMS, or WMS platforms and how they integrate with ERP
- Working knowledge of e-commerce flows: catalog, pricing, inventory sync, and order processing
- Experience running projects with tools like ClickUp, Jira, or MS Project
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred

Good to Have

- Python, Power Automate, or RPA basics
- BI tools: Power BI, Metabase, Superset, or Crystal Reports
- E-commerce integration experience (Shopify, Magento, or custom)
- Basic Azure and hybrid environment knowledge
