About the Role

Stay On Vacation is looking for an energetic, proactive, and target-driven Hospitality Manager – Home Acquisition to expand our portfolio of premium vacation rentals across Alibag.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and onboarding villas, holiday homes, resorts, bungalows, farmhouses, and other vacation properties. This role requires excellent networking skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to build strong relationships with property owners.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire villas, holiday homes, farmhouses, resorts, bungalows, and vacation rental properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and local partners.
- Conduct property inspections to evaluate suitability, quality, amenities, and market potential.
- Meet property owners to present partnership opportunities and explain the company's business model.
- Negotiate commercial terms, rental agreements, and partnership contracts.
- Manage the complete property acquisition and onboarding process from lead generation to listing.
- Develop a strong pipeline of prospective property owners through networking, referrals, cold visits, and market research.
- Regularly follow up with potential partners to convert leads into successful acquisitions.
- Coordinate with operations, photography, and onboarding teams to ensure seamless property activation.




- Monitor local hospitality trends and identify recent business opportunities within the vacation rental market.
- Achieve monthly acquisition targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records, acquisition reports, and market intelligence.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Hospitality, Vacation Rentals, Holiday Homes, Property Acquisition, Real Estate, Business Development, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable with extensive field visits and local travel within Alibag.
- Confident in meeting property owners and closing business partnerships.
- Knowledge of the vacation rental or hospitality market in Alibag will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
