To carryout construction of project works qualitatively in a timely manner while working within Budget. Plan and Schedule the Project construction. Material & Work planning. Prepare Project specific Quality & Safety Policy. Design Co-ordination and Understanding. Supervise construction team at site. Implement quality policy & ensure work is carried out up to required quality. Implement Safety policy & Ensure Secure work. Coordinate with Design team for timely release of drawings / revisions in drawings / selection of finishing materials. Ensure error free quantity checking and bill certification. Ensure adherence to statutory norms by the Contractors. Material planning & Coordination with Techno-commercial team for timely delivery of materials. Managing the stores at site. Coordination with Techno-commercial team for Contractor selection, Extra item rates finalization.



Coordination with CRM team for Customer visits / during possession. Providing MIS / Progress updates. Contractor evaluation and feedback to Techno-commercial team. Random check of works, materials, quality records, measurements. Site security supervision. Statutory records maintenance. Monthly cash flow planning. Budget understanding and monitoring of construction costs. Estimation of alternatives to save on cost / time in construction. Should understand Market rates for materials and services

- Skills: Should have executed minimum 20+ Storey High-rise Residential projects – Min. 2 nos. (Start to finish) Eye for Quality, Eye for Safety, Problem solving skills related to construction, Team Management skills, Quality orientation & Commercial skills
- Education: Graduate Engineer in Civil from reputed institute with First class
