We are looking for a responsible and proactive Nursing Supervisor to manage and supervise a team of GDAs (General Duty Assistants) / Semi Nurses providing home healthcare services at patient residences. The candidate will ensure smooth operations, staff availability, and high-quality patient care support.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of GDAs / semi-nurses deployed at patient homes.
- Recruitment & Retention: Recruit suitable staff and maintain a stable workforce.
- Roster Management: Prepare and manage duty rosters and ensure timely staff deployment.
- Attendance & Reporting: Ensure staff report to duty on time and maintain daily attendance records.
- Coordination: Liaise with internal teams such as operations, HR, and patient care coordinators.
- Field Supervision:
Visit patient homes when required to monitor service quality.
- Communication: Maintain explicit communication with patients, families, and team members.
- Issue Resolution: Address staff or patient concerns promptly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
