Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to produce engaging digital content that strengthens our brand presence and connects with our audience. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, social trends, and creating viral-worthy content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content (Reels, Shorts, posts, stories, and videos) for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Plan and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with Fedus marketing goals
- Shoot and edit videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or mobile editing apps
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and scripts
- Stay updated with trending formats, audio, and viral content styles
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, launches, and promotions
- Monitor content performance and optimize based on insights
- Repurpose content across multiple platforms
- Maintain a consistent brand tone, voice, and visual identity

Required Skills

- Strong creativity and storytelling ability




- Video shooting & editing skills (mobile + professional tools)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
- Good copywriting and communication skills
- Understanding of social media algorithms and trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace

Qualifications

- 0–3 years of experience in content creation or social media
- Portfolio or sample work is a must

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
