Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Store Executive/Cum Assistant Manager to manage day-to-day warehouse and store operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in the pneumatic tools, mechanical tools, or manufacturing industry, with strong knowledge of inventory management, material handling, dispatch, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations.

Ensure proper receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.

Monitor inward and outward material movement and maintain documentation.

Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, and Logistics departments for timely material availability.

Conduct periodic stock verification and physical inventory audits.

Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.

Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily work efficiently.

Maintain housekeeping, safety, and discipline within the warehouse.

Monitor material shortages and initiate timely replenishment.

Ensure proper packing, labeling, and dispatch of finished goods.





Maintain all store-related MIS reports and documentation.

Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Experience in handling pneumatic tools, mechanical tools, engineering products, or manufacturing inventory.
- Leadership skills with experience in handling a team.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems (Zoho Inventory, SAP, Tally ERP, or similar).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory reporting.
- Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch timelines.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Certification in Stores, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Inventory Management will be an added advantage.
- Experience
- 3–5 years of experience as a Store Executive, Store Incharge, Warehouse Executive, or Warehouse Incharge.
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in handling industrial tools, spare parts, or engineering components.
- Robust understanding of warehouse documentation and inventory control.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
