Industry: Real Estate About the Role Endless Properties is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operational Head to lead and manage our day-to-day business operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, coordinating departments, monitoring team performance, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across Sales, Rentals, Property Management, HR, and Administration. Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives. Ensure smooth coordination between departments and resolve operational issues. Monitor KPIs, team productivity, and overall business performance. Establish and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Manage CRM systems, operational reports, and MIS reporting.

Coordinate with clients, property owners, developers, and business partners. Improve customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery.

Train, mentor, and supervise team members. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs,



and increase revenue.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in real estate. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
