As a UX/UI Designer at Tech Exactly, you will get opportunities to work on great products (Mobile Apps & Web Apps) from some of the smartest founders from around the world.

Your day to day responsibilities would be to -

- Interact with prospects and understand their business goals.
- Research & Create user personas,



user journey, and information architecture to lay foundation for top notch product experience.
- You would also have to present your research to the client.
- Create a low & high fidelity wireframe during the pre-sales and post-sales phase to help clients understand the user journey.
- You would be required to guide the development team about the user journey.
- You will also be expected to design high quality user interfaces and get those approved from clients.
- You will also be expected to ensure the development team has all the design assets as and when they need it.
- You'd have to ensure the design handoff to the development team is smooth and there are no gaps in the handoff.
- You'll have to closely review the development builds and provide feedback to ensure your UX/UI recommendations are adhered to.

Required experience, skill sets and behavioral characteristics -

- Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken is a must for this role.
- Should have very robust analytical skills.
- Should be confident, organized, humble, patient, soft spoken, quick learner and most importantly driven to excel.
- Should have 3+ experience doing UX/UI for Mobile App Development projects.
- Should understand Human interface guidelines.
- Should have basic knowledge on the app development process.
- Ability to come up with new concepts and help clients innovate is a big value add.
- Should have solid hands on experience with Figma.
- Should have design thinking.
- Knowledge in scrum will make your application stronger.
