We are seeking a reliable, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) to join our team in Cherlapalli, Hyderabad. This is a unique role that bridges technical execution with robust project controls. While prior construction site knowledge is essential, this position heavily focuses on site accounting, data management, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.

The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who can seamlessly manage backend documentation while effectively communicating with site crews and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accounting & Data Management: Maintain precise site logs, document daily progress data, and organize engineering records.
- Invoicing & Estimations: Prepare accurate tax invoices, handle billing, and draft technical quotations for upcoming work packages.
- Scheduling & Planning: Track project timelines, update schedules, and ensure resource allocation is aligned with project milestones.
- Coordination & Communication: Act as a central hub connecting site labor, supervisors, client representatives, and customers to ensure smooth execution.
- Team Support:



Provide comprehensive operational support to the core management team to minimize site delays.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Prior on-site construction experience is highly preferred to understand technical workflows.
- Software Proficiency:
- Strong expertise in AutoCAD (for verifying drawings and site measurements).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (specifically Excel for data management, tracking, and costing formulas).
- Core Competencies: Solid foundational knowledge of tax invoicing processes, excellent communication skills, reliability, and a collaborative team-player mindset.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
