Job Description – Senior Supervisor (Recruitment Consultancy)

Position: Senior Supervisor
Experience: 4–8 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹55,000 per month (Based on experience & interview)
Location: Pune

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients.
- Assign job requirements to recruiters and monitor daily performance.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Maintain solid relationships with clients and ensure timely closures.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track team productivity.
- Train and guide junior recruiters to improve performance.

Eligibility:

- Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.
- 4–8 years of experience in Recruitment Consultancy/Staffing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of job portals and MS Office.
