Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute business expansion strategies.
- Build, recruit, and lead Business Managers and Business Partners.
- Drive overall property sales and revenue growth
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends and identify current business opportunities.
- Represent Madhura Properties at business events and client meetings.
- Ensure ethical business practices and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility:

- From 10th to any graduates
- Experience in Sales, Leadership, Business Development, or Real Estate.
- Strong team-building and networking skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent decision-making ability
