Jogger Footcare is seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Manager to lead regional sales operations, build and mentor high-performing teams, drive business growth, and ensure effective market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales team.
- Take complete ownership of Profit & Loss (P&L;).
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Monitor sales performance, collections, and market trends within the assigned region.
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain and Operations teams to ensure timely product availability and successful market execution.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and MIS reports for management review.
- Ensure effective territory management, route planning, and market coverage.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales processes.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate.
- 5–7 years of experience.
- Footwear industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of the Tamil Nadu market preferred.
Required Skills
- Team handling experience.
Other Requirements
- Age: 35 years and above.
- Malayalam-speaking candidates (Malayalis) preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
