About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote our EdTech solutions through B2B sales across Ernakulam. The role involves meeting educational institutions, building business relationships, generating leads, and driving admissions through strategic field marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field sales activities across the entire Ernakulam district.
- Visit schools, colleges, tuition centres, coaching institutes, and other educational organizations.
- Generate recent business opportunities through B2B marketing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients.
- Present the company's educational products and services to decision-makers.
- Meet monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Organize promotional activities and institutional visits.
- Maintain daily visit reports and follow up with prospective clients.




- Collect market intelligence and competitor insights.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
- Experience in the Education/EdTech industry is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Ernakulam.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license.
