Job Title: Senior Accountant – Jewellery / Diamond Industry (SmartJewel Mandatory)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Accountant with hands-on experience in the jewellery/diamond industry. The candidate must be comfortable handling accounts, exports, banking operations, and ERP systems, and should have a strong willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting in Tally (Prime)
- Work extensively on SmartJewel ERP (Gati Software) for accounting & inventory
- Manage jewellery/diamond purchase, sales, and stock accounting
- Handle export-related accounting and documentation understanding
- Perform banking transactions (NEFT / RTGS / online payments)
- Maintain proper data entry and documentation
- Prepare reports and MIS using Google Sheets / Excel
- Conduct bank, debtor, creditor, and stock reconciliations
- Manage GST compliance, returns, and working
- Support audits and financial reporting

Mandatory Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

- ✔ Minimum 3+ years experience in Jewellery/Diamond industry accounting




- ✔ Hands-on experience with SmartJewel ERP (Gati Software)
- ✔ Strong working knowledge of Tally
- ✔ Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
- ✔ Experience in banking transactions (NEFT / RTGS / online banking)
- ✔ Understanding of export transactions (basic to intermediate level)
- ✔ Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- ✔ Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in diamond stock accounting / jewellery valuation
- Familiarity with carat, purity, making charges, export workflows
- Self-driven with a learning mindset and growth orientation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary

- No bar for the right candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
