Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced and service-oriented Captains to lead front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent guest-handling abilities, and experience in managing restaurant service standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and ensure a warm, professional dining experience.
- Supervise and coordinate the service team during operations.
- Take guest orders accurately and ensure timely, efficient service.
- Assist guests with menu recommendations, food pairings, and special requests.
- Monitor table service to maintain the highest standards of hospitality.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Train and guide stewards on service standards and SOPs.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper table setup throughout the shift.
- Handle billing and payment processes when required.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational and guest satisfaction goals.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak-hour operations.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional etiquette.
- Basic computer/POS knowledge is preferred.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Multiple locations across Mumbai.
