We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team and play a key role in building a high-performing workforce.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)

Experience

3–5 years of HR experience (Manufacturing industry experience preferred)

Qualification

- MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle employee attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll with the accounts department.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
- Conduct induction, training, and employee engagement programs.




- Maintain HR records, reports, and MIS.
- Support performance management and annual appraisal processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures.
- Work closely with management on workforce planning and organizational development.
