About the Role

Headspring India, subsidiary of a Japanese company Headspring involved in R&D; and Projects in renewable energy solutions, is seeking a proactive and analytical skilled to support business development, market research, and strategic initiatives across the Indian renewable energy sector.

Business Development & Market Intelligence

· Conduct market research on renewable energy, BESS, power electronics, and related sectors.

· Identify market trends, customer needs, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.

· Research government policies, regulations, incentives, and industry developments.

· Maintain a database of prospective customers, EPC contractors, consultants, utilities, government agencies, OEMs, and strategic partners.

Sales & Business Development Support

· Support lead generation through market research and networking platforms.

· Prepare business proposals, presentations, company profiles,



and commercial documents.

· Coordinate customer follow-ups and maintain an organized sales pipeline.

Client & Internal Coordination

· Coordinate meetings, presentations, and communications with customers, partners, and government organizations.

· Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action trackers.

· Liaise with the Japan headquarters and Indian stakeholders to ensure timely execution of business development activities.

Experience

· 5–7 years of experience in the renewable energy sector in electrical engineering, EPC, manufacturing, infrastructure, or industrial sectors will be preferred.

· MBA/PGDM in Marketing, International Business, Strategy, or Operations.

Pay: ₹13,181.20 - ₹54,445.46 per month
