Accounts Head at a hospitality property in South Goa requires a focus on hotel-specific financial operations, Goa's local statutory compliances, and leadership of a specialized team

The Accounts Head will oversee the entire financial framework of the resort, ensuring accurate reporting, cost control, and strict adherence to Indian and Goan statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement robust financial strategies in line with Group's business objectives and local market conditions in Goa.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting processes and monitor actual performance against forecasts to provide actionable insights to the General Manager and CEO.
- Operational Control: Oversee daily revenue auditing from front-office and F&B; systems (e.g., IDS Next) and manage cost-control measures for high-volume resort operations.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to GST, TDS, PF, and ESI regulations. Manage the renewal of local licenses such as the Goa Tourism Trade Registration and Liquor Licenses.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor the site accounting team,



ensuring accurate bookkeeping, timely ledger entries, and finalization of accounts.
- Audit Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors, providing all necessary documentation for periodic reviews
- Education: B com, Graduate , Qualified CA or Inter-CA
- Experience: 7–10 years in financial management, with a strong background in the service or hospitality industry.
- Skills: Expertise in Tally ERP/TallyPrime and hospitality Property Management Systems (PMS). Strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced resort setting.
- Location: Based in Colva/South Goa

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per hour

Experience:

- Accounts : 10 years (Preferred)
- Hotel industry: 4 years (Preferred)
