We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to strengthen our HR team by managing recruitment across multiple business functions.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the organization. This role is dedicated exclusively to hiring and requires someone who can identify quality talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure timely closures while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding coordination.
- Understand manpower requirements by coordinating with hiring managers and department heads.
- Hire for Accounting, Taxation, Compliance, Finance, HR, Business Development, Administration, IT, and other corporate roles as per business requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidate suitability.




- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process to maintain high joining ratios.
- Prepare and release offer letters in coordination with the HR team.
- Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality standards and turnaround time.
- Stay updated with recruitment trends and suggest innovative sourcing strategies.

Desired Skills & Competencies

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in hiring for Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Corporate, or Qualified Services roles will be an added advantage.
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work within hiring deadlines.
- Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
