Service Engineer – Micro-imaging – Lucknow (JID000073)

Position Title: Service Engineer – Micro-Imaging – Lucknow (JID000073)

Base Location: Lucknow
Division: Micro-Imaging

Primary Role: The primary role of a service engineer is to ensure the proper installation, maintenance, and functionality of Micro Imaging instruments, particularly high-end microscopes and advanced imaging tools & softwares. The incumbent will be responsible for setting up the equipment, calibrating it for optimal performance, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, and performing regular maintenance to prevent system failures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for performing installation, calibration, validation, and commissioning of instruments.




- Responsible for instrument troubleshooting, maintenance, service, and repairs at the customer site. This is crucial to ensure the continuous operation of equipment and systems.
- Proven experience in achieving Service and spare part targets within an assigned territory.
- Provide support to customers all over north India on Instrument Operation on site as well as remotely.
- Maintain a calendar for preventive Maintenance visits, performing without causing delay and attending service calls from customers.
- Assisting customers on instrument handling operations and smooth functioning softwares.

Skills Competencies:

- Experience in handling Medical devices, especially high-end and advanced imaging equipment & devices.
- Should have a good customer service attitude.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
- Self-starter with minimal assistance needed in performing the task.
- Problem-solving attitude

Qualification:

- BSc/MSc, B.Tech/M.Tech from Biosciences or Life Sciences or Electronics & Telecommunication or Electric & Electronics or Biomedical Engineering

Experience:

- 2 to 5 Years

Additional Skills (If Any):

- Preferably from Medical Equipment industry
- Ability to learn quick
