- Responsible for collections and recovery of overdue EMIs from assigned customer accounts.
- Aim to maximize profitability by reducing delinquencies.
- Plan, organize, and oversee field visits to customers for EMI collection.
- Regularly follow up with default customers to ensure timely payments.
- Ensure collection efficiency while complying with company policies and guidelines.
- Track and manage overdue accounts (specific buckets) in the assigned area.
- Trace absconded defaulters and initiate recovery actions.
- Recommend and coordinate legal action for non-recoverable accounts.
- Follow up with the legal team for closure of legal cases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹230,000.00 - ₹275,000.00 per year
