About the Role

In this role, you’ll coordinate and manage freight transportation between shippers and carriers across the United States. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and reliable freight movement.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the main point of contact between shippers and carriers for freight coordination within the U.S.
- Negotiate freight rates to secure optimal pricing and service quality.
- Build and maintain relationships with carriers, owner-operators, and customers.
- Track, monitor, and update shipment status to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
- Handle load posting, tendering, and real-time updates via load boards and TMS systems.
- Communicate proactively to resolve delays, issues, or route changes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and load records per company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including dispatch, accounting,



and management.
- Achieve daily/weekly performance goals related to load booking, carrier onboarding, and profit margins.

Skills & Competencies

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Effective time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with U.S. geography, freight types, and logistics terminology (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
