Job Purpose

The Field Officer is responsible for managing security operations at client sites, ensuring adequate manpower deployment, recruiting and arranging security personnel as required, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Manpower Recruitment & Deployment

- Arrange and recruit security guards, supervisors, and other manpower as per company requirements.
- Maintain a database of available manpower for urgent deployment.
- Ensure timely deployment of guards at client sites.
- Conduct interviews and preliminary screening of candidates.
- Coordinate with HR for documentation and onboarding.

2. Site Operations Management

- Visit client sites regularly and monitor security operations.
- Ensure guards are performing duties as per post instructions.
- Conduct surprise inspections and night checks.
- Resolve operational issues at sites promptly.

3. Client Coordination

- Maintain valuable relations with clients and address their concerns.
- Attend client meetings and obtain feedback regarding services.
- Ensure client satisfaction and service quality.

4. Attendance & Compliance

- Verify attendance, duty rosters, and shift deployment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Monitor discipline, grooming,



and conduct of security personnel.

5. Training & Supervision

- Provide basic training and briefing to newly deployed guards.
- Conduct refresher training on security procedures and emergency response.
- Supervise field staff and maintain operational standards.

6. Reporting & Documentation

- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly field reports.
- Maintain records of manpower deployment, leave, and replacements.
- Report incidents, accidents, and security breaches to management.

7. Emergency Management

- Arrange immediate replacement of absent guards.
- Handle emergency situations and coordinate with local authorities when required.
- Ensure uninterrupted security services at all client locations.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to recruit and arrange manpower quickly.
- Knowledge of security operations and field management.
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp).

Qualification

- Graduate preferred (minimum 12th Pass).
- Experience in security services/manpower deployment preferred.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
