- Develop and implement procurement and purchasing strategies.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard current suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules.
- Issue and approve Purchase Orders (POs).
- Ensure timely procurement of materials, products, and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams.
- Conduct vendor performance evaluations and maintain supplier scorecards.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and legal requirements.
- Resolve supplier-related issues, including quality, delivery, and payment disputes.
- Prepare procurement reports, MIS, and spend analysis.
- Collaborate with finance for invoice verification and payment reconciliation.
- Lead and mentor the purchasing team to achieve departmental KPIs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
