Job Description – Sales Manager (Two-Wheeler Dealership)

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the dealership's sales operations to achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The role includes managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve showroom sales and revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales executives.
- Monitor daily enquiries, test rides, bookings, deliveries, and conversions.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotional activities, and local marketing events.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, financiers, insurance partners, and corporate clients.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the stock and service departments.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and dealership standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve escalated issues promptly.

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of sales experience in the automobile industry, preferably in a two-wheeler dealership.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
