About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and student-focused Business Studies Faculty to conduct engaging online classes for students of Class 11 & 12 (CBSE/State Board), NIOS, OTHER COMPEPITIVE ENTRANCE EXAMS . The ideal candidate should have excellent subject expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to simplify concepts using interactive teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live online Business Studies classes according to the academic schedule.
- Teach concepts in an engaging, practical, and student-friendly manner.
- Prepare structured lesson plans, presentations, and study materials.
- Create assignments, worksheets, question banks, and mock tests.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Clarify students' doubts during and after classes.
- Track student progress and recommend improvement strategies.
- Complete the syllabus within the planned timeline.
- Stay updated with the latest syllabus, exam patterns, and board guidelines.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve teaching quality and student outcomes.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism in online sessions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com)



or a related field.
- B.Ed. is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (online/offline preferred).
- Freshers with exceptional subject knowledge and teaching skills may also apply.

Required Skills

- Strong command of Business Studies concepts.
- Excellent English communication skills (knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is an added advantage).
- Ability to explain concepts using real-life business examples.
- Good presentation and online classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or similar online teaching platforms.

- Deliver high-quality classes with excellent student engagement.
- Maintain strong student attendance and participation.
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus.
- Achieve consistent improvements in student academic performance.
- Receive positive feedback from students and parents.

Working Hours

- Versatile based on batch timings.
- Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Compensation

- Salary/Hourly remuneration based on qualifications, experience, teaching quality, and workload.
