Job Title: Sales Back Office Executive

Job Summary

The Sales Back Office Executive is responsible for supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, processing orders, maintaining accurate customer records, and coordinating with internal departments. The role focuses on ensuring smooth sales operations and high customer satisfaction through efficient backend support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order & Data Management

- Process sales orders from entry in ERP to delivery tracking
- Maintain and update CRM data including customer details and lead status
- Prepare sales documents such as quotations, proforma invoices, contracts, and purchase orders

2. Sales Support & Coordination

- Coordinate with Logistics, Finance, and Production teams for smooth operations
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports using MS Excel or ERP
- Schedule meetings and assist in preparing presentations

3. Customer Support

- Handle customer queries related to orders, availability, and pricing
- Track and support resolution of customer complaints
- Assist in payment follow-ups with clients





Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Experience with ERP systems
- Professional email communication skills

Soft Skills

- Solid attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Problem-solving approach

Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support

- Order accuracy
- Turnaround time (TAT)
- Timely reporting
- CRM data accuracy
