Job Overview:

As the Content Writer & Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's online presence and engaging our target audience. You will be responsible for creating high-quality content that aligns with our brand's voice and values, and strategically distributing it across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

- Develop and execute a content strategy that resonates with our target audience.

- Write and edit engaging and informative blog posts, articles, website content, and social media posts.

- Craft compelling, SEO-friendly copy that drives organic traffic and engagement.

- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing multimedia content.

- Ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and aligned with our messaging guidelines.

Social Media Management:

- Manage and maintain our company's social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

- Plan, schedule, and publish content across various platforms.

- Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and skilled manner.

- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, incorporating them into our strategy.





- Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools to drive continuous improvement.Foster a strong online community and engage with followers through comments, messages, and interactions.

- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.

- Encourage user-generated content and user participation in social media campaigns.

- User Friendly & experienced with LinkedIn will be added benefit

Brand Voice and Consistency:

- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all written and visual content.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that content aligns with overall marketing campaigns and goals.

- Work closely with other departments to gather information and insights for content creation.

- Monitor industry trends and competitors to adapt strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Proven experience as a content writer and social media manager.

- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

- Excellent understanding of SEO and keyword research.

- Creativity and a passion for developing content..

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

- Experience in Logistics industy is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
