Job Profile: Junior Production/ Press/ Packing Supervisor
We are looking for a supervisor for our printing press based in Bhopal. The candidate should have a minimum 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing industry. Experience offset printing press and packaging is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Production planning and scheduling.
2. Responsible for day to day production activity and smoothening of production line.
3. Overseeing the production process. Drawing up a production schedule and adjusting schedules as needed
4. Ensuring that the production is cost effective.
5. Making sure that product is produced on time and is of valuable quality.
6. Working out the human and material resources needed.
7. Monitoring product standards, control rejection and reduce scrap cost.
8. Reviewing the performance of subordinates.
9. Planning of jobs for ensuring optimum machine utilization and timely deliveries.
10.



Preventive and regular maintenance of machines.
11. Proper control on wastages and workers efficiency.
12. Ensure complete supervision, quality check, standardization as per the industry norms and regulations.
13. Any other assigned responsibility entrusted by Management.

Education & Skills Required:
Any Graduate or Diploma with good administration skills.
Knowledge in Printing Press process preferred.
Experienced in shift production and quality planner.

Experience: 1 -2 yrs from any manufacturing industry
Salary: 15 to 20 K
Job Location: Near Kokta Bypass, Bhopal (M.P.)
Shift: Extensive / Working hours may vary as per the job requirement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
