We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Site Accountant to oversee financial operations directly at our project site. You will manage daily project expenses, verify material invoices, process vendor payments, and ensure strict budget compliance. This role bridges the gap between field operations and our central corporate finance team.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain cash logs, manage petty cash, and audit field expense receipts.
- Verify subcontractor invoices against work progress and track raw material delivery receipts.
- Conduct regular physical audits of site stock and match counts against supplier bills.
- Generate weekly budget utilization reports and escalate cost overruns to the Project Manager.
- Verify worker attendance logs and disburse cash wages or digital advances safely.

Accounting Duties

- Maintain day-to-day accounts (cash book, petty cash)




- Prepare bills, vouchers, and expense statements
- Assist in purchase entries and vendor payments
- Maintain attendance Register /Site Employee records
- Support monthly accounts and audits

Required Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of accounting experience, specifically within Construction, Real Estate, Manufacturing.

WORK LOCATION : BECHARAJI ( GUJARAT )

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
