About the Role

InfinityBox Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Procurement Sales Lead to drive B2B business growth by acquiring new customers and managing strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in institutional sales, commercial negotiations, and selling procurement-driven solutions to hospitality, corporate, retail, and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new B2B customer acquisition across hospitality groups, hotels, restaurant chains, corporate facilities, retail, and institutional clients.

- Present and promote sustainable hygiene solutions, kitchen equipment, and operational hardware to procurement heads, operations leaders, purchase managers, and CXOs.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, product demonstrations, technical specifications, pricing sheets, and tender responses.

- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, SLAs, and long-term supply agreements.

- Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to improve customer retention and account growth.

- Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and industry demand.

- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline reports, and monthly sales forecasts.

Requirements





- 5+ years of experience in B2B, Institutional, or Procurement-led Sales.

- Experience selling to hospitality, retail chains, corporate, or institutional procurement teams is preferred.

- Hands-on experience in selling kitchen equipment, operational hardware, facility management products, or hygiene solutions.

- Strong knowledge of quotations, pricing negotiations, vendor onboarding, and compliance documentation.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM tools, and commercial documentation.

- Understanding of supply chain operations, vendor management, and inventory management
