- Manage and maximize sales on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Handle product listings, ensuring they are optimized and up-to-date on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
- Upload, optimize, and modify new and existing product listings on various e-commerce websites.
- Coordinate with seller support for any issues related to listings, approvals, returns, copyrights, and account management.
- Analyze and monitor the progress of seller accounts across different platforms.
- Manage returns and address any customer grievances effectively.
- Monitor customer ratings and reviews, responding to them promptly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer queries related to billing, product issues, service questions, and website queries.
- Maintain and update the customer database regularly.

Required Skills:





- Excellent communication skills and knowledge relevant to e-commerce.
- Must have completed an e-commerce course (preferred in platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart).
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Experience: No prior experience required, but completion of an e-commerce course is preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
