Position : CNC Operator (Plasma Cutting/Oxyfule cutting )

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machine Operator to operate and manage a Plasma Cutting Machine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC plasma cutting machines to ensure precise and high-quality output as per design specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC plasma cutting machines according to production drawings and specifications.
- Load and unload materials onto the machine and ensure correct placement.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy.
- Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of the CNC plasma cutting machine.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
- Ensure safety procedures and company policies are strictly followed.




- Record production output and report any issues or defects to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4* years of experience* operating a CNC plasma cutting machine.
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related technical field preferred.
- Abi.
- Good understanding of CNC machine operations and basic troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with safety protocols in a fabrication/industrial environment.
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy materials.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of CNC programming OXY Fule .
- Experience in PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) or steel fabrication industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferable Candidate:

- Only Chhattisgarh
