About the Role
Dyneton is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Consultant to join our Bangalore team. The role involves helping manufacturers, exporters, and SMEs grow their business globally by promoting Alibaba.com Global Gold Supplier (GGS) Memberships and digital export solutions. The ideal candidate should possess solid sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Connect with manufacturers, exporters, and business owners to understand their business requirements.
- Present and explain Alibaba.com Global Gold Supplier (GGS) Membership and its business benefits.
- Conduct face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic client meetings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the onboarding and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on international trade trends, export opportunities, and Alibaba.com products.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings within the assigned territory.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Candidates with experience in IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, Alibaba.com, or similar B2B platforms will be preferred.
- Knowledge of exports, international trade, or digital business solutions is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
