Senior Business Development Executive – Diagnostics

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase laboratory referrals and revenue.
- Identify, approach, and establish long-term partnerships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporate organizations, and referral partners.
- Build and maintain solid professional relationships with healthcare providers.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the laboratory's referral network.
- Promote diagnostic services, health check-up packages, and preventive healthcare programs.
- Conduct regular field visits and client meetings to strengthen business relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.




- Prepare daily activity reports and submit weekly/monthly performance reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Healthcare, Diagnostics, Pathology, Pharma, or Medical Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare and diagnostic industry.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
