We're Hiring – Import & Export Executive (Fresher)

Location: Koregaon Bhima, Pune
Experience: Fresher
Qualification: B.Com / BBA / MBA (International Business) / Graduate in Import-Export or related field

Required Knowledge

- Basic understanding of EOU (Export Oriented Unit) Scheme
- Import & Export Documentation
- DGFT, Customs & FTP basics
- Shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
- Strong communication and learning attitude

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in Import & Export documentation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and internal teams.
- Support EOU compliance activities and maintain records.
- Prepare shipping documents and follow up on shipments.
- Ensure timely documentation and regulatory compliance.
