Job Function:

Responsible for the preparation of working drawings for various projects using software in all the Design phases/ aspects in coordination with the Design Team. Use specialized software to create digital models of buildings & other structures

Job Qualifications:

- Experienced Drafters for Schematic/ Design Development stage production for both Architecture and Interior Design
- Familiar with planning guidelines, various technical requirements & authority submission an advantage;
- Flexible and able to work independently as well as in a team;
- Proactive, Hardworking and strict adherence to meeting deadlines;
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Proficient using REVIT/ArchiCAD, Autocad, Photoshop
- Knowledge of Tekla, use of model checking tools will be an advantage
- At least 5 Year(s) of working/teachning experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Drawings and Presentations:





- Create architectural and interior drawings based on sketches, building specifications and calculations.
- Produces design presentations (Keynote/ Powerpoint)
- Produces 2D, 3D and working drawings
- Create digital models of buildings & other structures
- Train & mentor own & client’s team for creating digital models

- Design Solutions:

- Assists in the development in all phases of design
- Assists in the preparation of technical solutions to make the design feasible.
- Resolves minor design issues.

- Communication:

- Establishes and maintains a professional and effective lines of communication with the superior and clients.
- Communicates and listens in an appropriate and qualified manner.
- Excellent team player
