Floor Host/Hostess

Brief Description

The Floor Host/Hostess is the first point of contact for customers in the showroom. This role involves welcoming visitors, guiding them to the appropriate sections, providing information about products, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience. The Floor Host/Hostess plays a key role in maintaining the showroom’s qualified image and supporting the sales team.

Tasks

· Greet and welcome all customers and visitors warmly and professionally.

· Escort customers to the appropriate section or sales executive based on their requirements.

· Provide initial product information, highlight key collections, offers, or promotions.

· Ensure the showroom floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

· Maintain order on the showroom floor, especially during peak hours.

· Monitor customer flow and manage waiting areas efficiently.

· Coordinate customer appointments, bookings, and private consultations.

· Assist the sales team by providing support in customer engagement.

· Handle customer queries politely and escalate complex issues to supervisors.

· Ensure safety and security protocols are followed on the showroom floor.





· Provide information about store policies, payment options, and loyalty programs.

· Keep track of showroom displays and report any issues to the visual merchandising team.

· Assist in managing product demonstration sessions or events in the showroom.

· Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times.

· Report any unusual activity, incidents, or customer complaints to management immediately.

· Support cleaning and hygiene standards of the showroom, ensuring it looks presentable at all times.

· Facilitate smooth interaction between customers and sales executives to enhance customer experience.

· Help create a positive and friendly atmosphere that reflects the brand image.

· Occasionally assist with stock movement or small inventory checks if required by management.

Additional Requirements:

Candidates with a pleasant personality and an attractive, presentable appearance are preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
