We are looking for a skilled Laptop & Desktop Service Technician with strong technical expertise and field service experience. The candidate should be capable of diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware and software issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair laptops and desktop systems (hardware & software issues)
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications
- Troubleshoot motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, and peripheral issues
- Perform chip-level servicing (preferred)
- Handle onsite service visits at customer locations
- Maintain service records and provide timely updates
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking




- Ability to handle both onsite and in-shop repairs
- Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
- Willingness to travel locally for service calls
- Good communication and customer handling skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
