We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Social Media Community Intern. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who are passionate about social media, content creation, and digital branding.

As part of our team, you will gain hands-on experience in managing online communities, creating engaging content, and building a solid digital presence across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging social media content including graphics, carousels, reels, and stories for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Assist in writing creative captions and planning monthly content calendars.
- Support community engagement by interacting with followers, responding to comments/messages, and maintaining an active online presence.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and suggest fresh content ideas aligned with the brand voice.
- Ensure brand consistency by following approved colors, fonts, and design templates.
- Monitor social media performance metrics such as reach, engagement,



and audience growth, and assist in preparing reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing graduation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Familiarity with video editing tools/software is an added advantage.
- Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
