We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who can build and optimize funnels, automate lead workflows, execute high-velocity campaigns, and drive measurable MQL growth through structured marketing execution

Position Overview

Whether you’ve recently graduated, have up to 1 year of recruitment experience, or completed an internship in IT Recruitment with exposure to hiring for technical roles, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career in Talent Acquisition.

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply post jobs and wait for applications.

You’ll learn how modern recruitment really works—from sourcing and headhunting top talent to creating exceptional candidate experiences, building employer branding initiatives, leveraging AI-powered recruitment tools, and partnering with hiring managers to make excellent hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify quality candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain a smooth hiring process.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Learn advanced sourcing and headhunting techniques.




- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Use AI tools and recruitment technology to improve hiring efficiency.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and hiring reports.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 0–1 year of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Internship experience in IT Recruitment with exposure to technical hiring is also welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong learning agility and problem-solving ability.
- High ownership with a proactive, action-oriented mindset.
- Genuine interest in people, hiring, and talent acquisition.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to continuously learn.
