- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
- Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Ensure product availability across all assigned territories.
- Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team.
- Set sales targets and KPIs for Sales Executives.
- Conduct regular market visits with the sales team.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Evaluate team performance and recommend incentives or corrective actions.

Sales Planning & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend improvement plans.
- Forecast sales and prepare territory-wise business plans.
- Review product-wise and customer-wise sales performance.Market Execution




- Ensure implementation of promotional activities.
- Monitor visibility and merchandising standards.
- Track new product launches and market penetration.
- Conduct regular market audits.

Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
