Job Summary

The Cashier is responsible for managing billing operations, handling payments accurately, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience for customers. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency at the café.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Greet customers courteously and assist with billing
- Generate bills and enter orders accurately into the system
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other digital payments responsibly
- Verify bills and ensure pricing accuracy
- Process refunds or corrections as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter
- Balance cash drawer and report discrepancies
- Respond to customer queries related to billing or orders
- Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards at all times
- Inform supervisors of any issues or customer concern

Requirements and Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a café or restaurant




- Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing procedures
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Candidates from Kerala preferred
- Candidates from Kannur, Kasaragod, Kozhikode and Wayanad preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
