- 11–15 years of SAP technical development experience with strong exposure to S/4HANA implementations
- Strong hands-on expertise in RAP development, including CDS views, behavior definitions, service definitions/bindings, and OData services
- Experience in custom object development, technical specifications, unit testing, FUT support, and defect fixes
- Solid understanding of Clean Core principles and SAP-recommended extensibility approaches
- Experience in SAP BTP-based developments and side-by-side extension patterns
- Hands-on experience in API/interface development for 3PL and external systems, including vendor coordination and integration touchpoint creation
- Able to translate client requirements into reliable, scalable technical solutions
- Capable of leading small teams, reviewing code/designs, and driving quality delivery
