About the Role

At Big Socials, we are building next-generation social experiences. We’re looking for a seasoned, highly autonomous Lead React Native (Web & Mobile) Developer who can own our cross-platform products end-to-end.

If you are a well-rounded developer who thrives on high agency, takes pride in shipping production-ready code, and can build unified web and mobile app experiences from the ground up—including front-end (React Native / React Native for Web) and supporting back-end services—we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Delivery: Design, architect, develop, test, and release features independently across iOS, Android, and Web platforms using a unified React Native codebase.
- Full-Stack Engineering: Build polished, performant cross-platform interfaces while designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable back-end APIs, databases, and server architecture.
- Store & Web Deployment: Handle the complete deployment process, including Google Play Store and Apple App Store submissions, compliance, web hosting, distribution pipelines, and update management.
- Performance & Quality: Monitor, optimize, and maintain application stability, performance, responsive layouts, and security across mobile devices and web browsers.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Proven Experience: Demonstrable track record of launching and scaling production applications across iOS, Android,



and Web platforms.
- Full-Stack Proficiency:
- Front-End: Deep expertise in React Native and React Native for Web (or React.js), along with modern state management, navigation, and native module integrations.
- Back-End: Hands-on expertise with cloud infrastructure, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and server-side runtimes (Node.js preferred, Python, Go, or similar).
- Store & Web Deployment Expertise: Direct hands-on experience navigating Apple App Store Review Guidelines, Google Play Console policies, and modern web deployment pipelines.
- Autonomy: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take raw ideas from concept to multi-platform deployment without needing step-by-step guidance.
- Work Location: Must be able to work on-site at our office in Kochi, Kerala.
