About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven Social Media Manager to plan, execute, and grow the social media presence for all three brands (and client accounts under Absolute Marketing). You'll own the content calendar, manage day-to-day posting, run campaigns, track performance, and work closely with the content writer and design/video team to bring strategy to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage monthly content calendars for Absolute Marketing (client accounts), Glohive, and Eternal Events
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, and stories across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Coordinate with content writers and designers/video editors to ensure timely content production
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, boosted posts) where required
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and manage community interaction
- Track key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and prepare performance reports
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, trends, and competitor activity
- Plan and execute influencer/collaboration outreach when needed
- Manage separate brand voice, tone, and strategy for each company/client
- Coordinate live coverage or real-time social media updates during events (for Eternal Events)

Tools You Should Know





- Scheduling & Management: Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later
- Design (basic level): Canva; familiarity with Adobe Express or Photoshop is a plus
- Video/Reels editing (basic): CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush
- Analytics: Instagram/Facebook Insights, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics
- Advertising: Meta Ads Manager (running/optimizing paid campaigns)
- Content planning: Google Sheets/Excel, Notion, or Trello for calendars and workflow tracking
- Trend research: Instagram Reels/Explore, YouTube Shorts.

Skills Required

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Creative thinking with an eye for engaging visual and video content
- Basic knowledge of paid advertising and campaign optimization
- Data-driven mindset comfortable analyzing metrics and adjusting strategy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple brands/clients
- Ability to work collaboratively with writers, designers, and video editors
- Community management skills handling comments, messages, and audience engagement professionally
- Adaptability to switch tone/strategy across different industries (marketing, education, events)
- Basic understanding of SEO and hashtag strategy is a plus
- Graduate in any discipline; background in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Digital Media preferred
