Success Architect - Sales cloud (Salesforce)

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, understanding business goals and recommending Salesforce best practices.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Lead solution architecture, technical discussions, and stakeholder engagements.
- Provide guidance on integrations, data architecture, security, and platform governance.
- Conduct architecture reviews, health checks, and recommend platform improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer adoption.
- Mentor technical teams and support customers in maximizing the value of their Salesforce investment.

- Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- Solution Architecture
- Apex, LWC, Flows
- REST/SOAP APIs & Integrations
- Stakeholder Management
- Salesforce DevOps (Copado/Gearset/SFDX)
- Robust communication and customer-facing consulting experience
