Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities in the US market through outbound cold calling.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in interacting with international clients, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :-

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the US market. Identify customer requirements and qualify leads.

Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM. Follow up with prospects through calls and emails.

Meet weekly and monthly outreach and lead generation targets. Effectively communicate Ei8's services and value proposition to prospective customers.

Required Skills





1–3 years of experience in Cold Calling, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Business Development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Comfortable communicating with international clients. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn. Willing to work during US business hours.

Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Prior experience working with US or international clients will be an advantage. Compensation & Advantages
