Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced interior site supervisor to oversee day-to-day execution of residential and commercial interior projects on site. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of interior execution, vendor coordination, site management, and quality control.

The role requires regular site visits, supervision of labor and contractors, ensuring timelines are met, and maintaining execution quality as per approved drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day interior site execution activities
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and design specifications
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and vendors
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of work
- Conduct site measurements before and during execution
- Manage labor deployment and daily site activities
- Check quality of workmanship, materials, and finishes
- Identify site issues and resolve execution-related challenges promptly




- Coordinate material delivery and ensure availability on site as per project schedule
- Share regular progress updates with internal team and management
- Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and discipline
- Coordinate snagging and final handover activities

Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in interior site supervision / interior fit-out execution
- Experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects
- Strong knowledge of interior execution, site coordination, and finishing work
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and understand design details
- Experience coordinating with contractors, labor teams, and vendors
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites if required

Preferred Skills

- Experience in execution
- Knowledge of false ceiling, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works
- Solid understanding of site measurements and BOQ coordination
- Experience handling site handovers and snag closures

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
