Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Developer and Architect with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD, with a strong grasp of architecture principles and complex integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD modules.
- Provide architecture guidance for complex enterprise-level ServiceNow projects.
- Lead ServiceNow implementations, customizations, and integrations with third-party tools.
- Drive CMDB strategy, CSDM adoption, and Service Mapping initiatives.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define best practices and scalable architectures.
- Customize Portals and Workspaces using AngularJS and ServiceNow UI Framework.
- Ensure solution compliance with ServiceNow best practices and performance benchmarks.

Mandatory Skills:





- Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and MID Server configurations.
- In-depth knowledge of CMDB architecture and CSDM framework.
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and complex integrations.
- Hands-on experience in Portal and Workspace customization.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Performance Analytics is a plus.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Robust documentation and technical writing capabilities.
- Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Certifications (Preferred):

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD)
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- ITIL or Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster)
